The question we often ask ourselves, is what do customers want and need to know when deciding on what shutter is best for them? Here are the top 3 questions most frequently asked. We know that once you work with one of our knowledgeable sales consultants, you will realize you have made the correct decision. Allow Signature Shutters to assist you with your shutters and window covering treatments, you will be glad you did.

Question #1: What will my Signature Shutter look like?

We are the only firm to provide you with a detailed rendering of your wood shutters. Our proposals include a drawing of the shutters, how many louvers per window, if they have one or two pull bars, divider rails, etc. We leave no detail to the imagination. Therefore, you can actually see what you are purchasing before they arrive. No surprises! That is customer satisfaction.

Question #2: When can I expect to receive my shutters?  May I choose the date of installation?

Signature Shutters focuses on quality. Our wood materials are molded and milled in Alpharetta, Georgia by our exact standards. Our manufacturing machinery uses scoring saws, climb cuts, PLC and CNC controllers…all with the sole purpose to provide perfect, precise cuts. Our staff is not paid by piece rate or volume bonuses. Instead, our wood artisans focus on producing a perfect Signature Shutter, every time. If you have a specific date you need your shutters, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We believe it is a difficult to preach quality, if at the end of the week you only pay for speed.

Question #3: What is the warranty for a Signature Shutter?

Signature Shutters selects only the finest in materials and craftsman. Our plantation shutters are fabricated from solid hardwoods and are assembled by hand, using tongue and groove joints, fastened by screws and glued. Our wood shutters are finished with a heat-set acrylic enamel to ensure a long lasting, durable finish. All of our hand crafted shutters come with a limited life time warranty.
